I am English, in my early thirties, and a committed fanfic writer. Over the last ten years I've written for the Doctor Who and Hornblower fandoms and am now concentrating on those immortal creations of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson. While I have been a Who fan for over a decade, and a Sherlockian for nearly as long, my grande passion is eighteenth century history. I love history in general, but something about the Georgian era caught my imagination long ago and the fascination has not dimmed. I'm a voracious reader, and lap up anything to do with that period. As I also love portraits and studying faces, I fangirl Sir Joshua Reynolds, my very favourite eighteenth century artist. Make of that what you will...
